When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) as our goods are freshly made and baked to order. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped from Sydney NSW.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from Sydney NSW. Delivery time is determined by delivery location.

The following is a guide to estimated shipment times across Australia by our shipping partner, Sendle.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery can take 2- 10 business days:

  • Sydney/metro NSW: up to 2 business days
  • Regional NSW: up to 3 business days
  • Canberra: up to 3 business days
  • Melbourne: up to 3 business days
  • Regional VIC: up to 5 business days
  • Adelaide: up to 5 business days
  • Regional SA: up to 5 business days
  • Brisbane: up to 3 business days
  • Regional QLD: up to 5 business days
  • Tasmania: up to 5 business days

Delivery may take longer over public holidays, particularly during Easter and Christmas periods.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and text message notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our shipping zones

We currently only ship to these Australian regions: NSW, VIC, TAS, SA, QLD.

If you live in NT or WA, please contact us directly.

We do not ship outside of Australia.

We've made this decision based on the time it takes to ship our freshly baked goods outside of these regions.

Our priority, first and foremost, is the freshness and quality of our perishable items. The extended shipping times associated with international transport can lead to significantly compromising our products.

Maintaining product integrity is paramount to our business.

Can I collect my order from Anastasia's Kouzina?

Yes, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Maroubra in Sydney 2035, NSW. After placing your order, your order will be prepared and ready within 1 -3 business days. We will send you an email and text message when your order is ready along with instructions to collect your order from Maroubra.

Pick up hours are flexible, 7 days a week. We will work around you!

Incorrect shipping address

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure its recognised as a valid address by our shipment carrier. If we cannot validate your address, we will try to contact you to provide an updated address.
If we cannot get in touch with you to update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Anastasia’s Kouzina will not be responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Damages

Anastasia’s Kouzina is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you've received your order damaged, please file a claim with our shipping partner, Sendle. You will need to photograph the damaged packaging, including the shipping label and also the damaged goods to complete your claim.
